Peanut Butter Banana Bread

I have tried many different recipes for banana bread but this one is guaranteed to be gone within days. Both my kids love it!  I wish I could credit who I received this recipe from but I have had it for 7+ years and can't remember.  My hope is to throw 2 bananas that are close to going bad in the freezer to use for this recipe as I hate throwing away overripe bananas.  Has anyone done this?  I'd love to know if it works.

The Players:
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium)
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 TBSP vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips (I used chunks)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.  In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In smaller bowl, combine bananas, milk, peanut butter, oil, and egg.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into pan.  Bake for 60 minutes total, or until cake tester comes out clean.
